This is How You Plop Your Hair

...this is how it's done!

Just in case you've been seeing this word casually being thrown around the internet, here's what it really means. 'Plopping' is the latest tress trend for creating heatless curls (yes, it's possible) and it's closer to breaking the internet than Kim K's butt.

What we love about this technique, is that it makes it super easy to tame your hair! Talk about #InstaCurls. Anyone looking for a head full of noodles should try this immediately. Starting from the United States, plopping is slowly taking over the world. The word plopping means falling, so go ahead, and drop your hair into your towel. Still don't get it? Let us break it down for you:

Step 1: Wash your hair and slightly towel dry it.

Step 2: Plop your hair on to the towel and wrap the towel around your head.

Step 3: Twist both the ends of the towel and tie them at the back of your head.

Step 4: Chill for a while and Let your hair dry.

Step 5: Open the towel and voila! Enjoy your beauty frizz free curls.

Curly hair brand Boucleme has launched a special plopping towel which is INR 1800 (approx) and it's probably gonna be your new beauty BFF. The amazing thing about it is that it's made of cotton, bamboo and elasthene, which absorb excess water from your hair. Boucleme founder Michele Scott-Lynch says "Terry towels draw moisture from the hair, they ruffle the cuticles and help mess up the curl pattern".
