Is Priyanka Chopra Going to be Meghan Markle's Bridesmaid?

Priyanka Chopra is on a globetrotting mission and chills with many Hollywood biggies, and boy are we jealous! Everyone knows that she is even friends with the soon-to-be addition in the British Royal Family, Meghan Markle, who is set to have a wedding with Prince Harry on the 19th of May, this year. While Chopra has herself talked about her being invited to the Royal Wedding from the bride's side (since the two are good friends), speculations were rife whether she will be a bridesmaid as well. 

In an interview with People Now, PeeCee showed her excitement for Prince Harry and Meghan's union, and confirmed that she is not a bridesmaid in the wedding. "I'm super excited about her and her big day," she said. "It’s not just going to be life-changing for both of them, it’s life-changing for the world that needs to see strong women as icons, and I think Meghan has the potential to be that."

Typically at royal weddings, the bride and groom stay away from the traditional bridal party and instead have a group of younger relatives and loved ones serve as bridesmaids and page boys. This is the protocol that was followed by Prince William and Kate Middleton, and Prince Charles and Princess Diana as well. To top it all, Kensington Palace tweeted the official list recently, to clear the air and solve this Royal Wedding mystery that had us PeeCee fans excited.
