Hrithik Roshan Nearly Escaped the Istanbul Terror Attack

The actor was at the Atatürk Airport with his sons just hours before the attack.

The first thing that pops into one's head when they hear about a terror attack is if their family and friends are okay. And last night, when three suicide bombers attacked the Atatürk Airport in Istanbul, Hrithik's family and friends must have gone through the same ordeal.

Hrithik, who was holidaying in Tanzania with his sons Hrehaan and Hredhaan, was supposed to take a connecting flight from the Atatürk Airport, which he ended up missing. Not wanting to wait for another 18 hours, he decided to fly coach instead. And this decision probably saved his life...as just hours later the terrorists attacked the airport, killing about 36 people and injuring over a 140 more. The actor later tweeted about the same as well.
