Meet Delhi’s newest destination for weddings, work, and everything in between

If there’s one thing Delhi does well, it’s a celebration—and the city now has a stunning new address for it. Shangri-La Eros New Delhi has unveiled its reimagined ballroom with two versatile event spaces, Zahara and The Woods, ushering in a fresh take on luxury hosting in the capital.

Blending contemporary aesthetics with cutting-edge functionality, the revamped venues are designed to cater to everything, from extravagant weddings to intimate gatherings, business conferences, and corporate meetings.

The art of hosting, elevated

If grand celebrations had a home, it would look a lot like the Shangri-La Ballroom. Featuring crystal chandeliers, bespoke carpets, and refined interiors, it delivers timeless elegance with a modern sensibility. Spacious yet inviting, the venue offers a beautiful setting for celebrations that feel regal, memorable, and entirely bespoke. Spanning 602 sqm with 4.26 metre high ceilings, it effortlessly adapts to occasions both grand and intimate, redefining what modern event spaces can look like. 

The Shangri-La Ballroom can accommodate a number as vast as 400, while the Ganga room offers a more intimate setting for 100 attendees. The Yamuna, Vyas, and Tapti halls are ideal for smaller gatherings of up to 50 guests each, while the Garden Lawns provide a picturesque outdoor venue for approximately 300 guests.

Beyond the ballroom

Complementing the ballroom is The Woods, a newly introduced collection of multifunctional meeting and event spaces, where versatility takes centre stage. Spread across two levels and comprising eight breakout rooms, it features direct access from the lobby and separate entry and exit points for added convenience. The venue consists of contemporary interiors, abundant natural light, and state-of-the-art technology woven seamlessly into the experience; it is equipped with 65-inch Samsung LED screens, Bose ceiling speakers, projector screens, and one-touch controls. The venue is divided into Mahogany I to IV on the first level and Walnut I to IV on the second, offering multifaceted configurations for events of every scale and format. The Woods is designed to keep everything—from presentations to networking events and private gatherings—running with ease.

An intimate affair

For gatherings that call for something more intimate, Zahara steps into the spotlight. Warm, elegant, and awash with natural light, the venue offers an even more personal setting without compromising on style or comfort. Accommodating between 30 and 70 guests with flexible seating arrangements, Zahara adapts seamlessly to the need of the hour—whether it’s a meeting, networking session, or a private celebration.
