A Virtual Tour of Soha Ali Khan-Kunal Kemmu’s Bright, Airy and Vibrant Home

Recently, actor Kunal Kemmu celebrated his 38th birthday and like each one of us confined indoors due to the pandemic, he too had an intimate family celebration at home. Soha Ali Khan, actor and author and his wife took to Instagram to post pictures of the birthday and gave us a glimpse into their plush home in Khar, Mumbai. 

It’s not the first time that we got to see the tastefully done up home of the couple, they have been putting up photos of them spending quality time with their daughter Inaaya. The plush flat located on the top of a nine-storey building is believed to be a wedding gift from Soha’s mother Sharmila Tagore. In fact, the two tied the knot in this spacious flat. 

 

The house is an interesting blend of vintage, classy furniture and quirky, modern decor pieces. The colourful rugs and cushions add a dose of colour to the interiors. The living room with huge French windows gets abundant sun light, making it a warm and inviting place to host friends. An elegant deep blue sofa is the standout piece here. Soha has put up her family photographs and some quirky art works on the walls that lend the space a unique character. 

Another part of their living room is as eclectic as it can get. There’s a bare brick wall, two stunning garage doors with spray-painted motifs, a pool table and colourful and spongey floor for their daughter. 

 

The TV room also features a huge library wall with books galore. This space has been done up in dark wood and has an elegant vibe to it.

There’s a balcony that the living room leads to and this space is filled with green plants. It’s a tranquil oasis that the couple uses to unwind. 

 

 

 

Inaaya’s nursery is a cosy space that follows a pink and white theme. The highlights of this room are the dreamy wallpaper, a plaid chair and a cute crib.
