You could also massage coconut oil into your hair, keep it on overnight, and wash it the next morning. The oils act as a protective layer that promotes hair growth. Feel free to add sesame and castor oil in the mix for a smooth, lustrous shine.

ALOE VERA

A natural moisturizer for the hair, application of Aloe Vera helps balance the pH value of the scalp and keeps it nourished. It also promotes rapid hair growth, resulting in minimal hair loss!  Apply natural Aloe Vera gel to your hair and massage gently. Wash it off within 15-20 minutes for healthy, lustrous hair.

LICORICE ROOTS

Licorice roots have healing properties that eliminate dandruff effectively and soothe the scalp. Add one tablespoon of ground licorice root and a quarter teaspoon of saffron to one cup of milk. Apply this mixture to your scalp and hair length, and leave it on overnight. 

EGG & YOGURT

Egg yolk is rich in vitamins that make hair more resistant to damage, while yogurt is full of proteins which provide nourishment and moisture to the hair. Mix one cup of yogurt with an egg and some lemon. Apply the paste to your hair for 20 minutes and cover it with a shower cap. Rinse off your hair with warm water and a mild shampoo afterwards.

NEEM LEAVES

The anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties of neem eliminate any kind of bacterial formation on the scalp. Make a paste of neem leaves, add it to a bowl of curd, and apply it all over your scalp. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes and then rinse off. This paste helps exfoliate, cleanse, and nourish the scalp thoroughly.

FENUGREEK SEEDS & HIBISCUS PETALS

Shiny, strong, and long hair? Turn to fenugreek seeds. Soak some seeds overnight, apply the paste on your hair for 20 minutes, and rinse thereafter. You could also soak 10 hibiscus flower petals overnight and add them to the mix. Rich in vitamin C and amino acids, this paste improves blood circulation under the scalp to stimulate healthy hair growth.

INDIAN GOOSEBERRY (AMLA)

Vitamin C is an essential nutrient for hair growth and strengthening; Indian gooseberry offers vitamin C in abundance! Amla helps build collagen and absorbs iron in the body to promote hair growth. Apply amla juice on the scalp and massage it gently for thicker hair. 

ONION
