Snapchat Filter Make-Up is Officially a Beauty Trend

​Guys, it's happened. The future is here. Snapchat filters are no longer a virtual reality; they are officially a proper, full-blown beauty trend in IRL, according to New York Fashion Week anyway. It was only a matter of time really, wasn't it?

MAC took over the Desigual show that happened in New York earlier today and we're legit obsessed with it all. Actually, why hasn't this happened sooner? The makeup artists used paper cutouts to create bits of the filters that weren't on models' faces, with the rest being done with makeup.  ​

Desigual didn't just stop at one filter either, nope, they went all out. Here's the evidence…

The dog filter (minus tongue, which is a bit sad. Maybe an addition for AW17?)

We're even more excited for the rest of fash week now, if this is what happened on day one it can only get better. RIGHT?! ​
