This Woman Applied a Full Face of Makeup While in Labor

A New York-based makeup artist named Alaha Majid recently documented her labor on Instagram, and OMG, if this isn't proof that she's a complete beauty queen, I'm not sure what is. Majid posted the above photo and others of herself applying makeup from a slew of palettes and products set up around her hospital bed — while she was in labor.

"Three weeks ago at this time I was finishing up my makeup and getting ready for my princess to make her appearance," she wrote on Instagram. "Yes, I was doing my makeup while I was in labor! I was pausing during contractions and picking up where I left off once the contractions passed."

Majid even listed all the products she used to get the right look for greeting her baby girl and shared a couple different angles of her ambitious ~artistry~.
