Ingredients
7 no Eggs
700g Sugar
500g Carrot
500ml Oil
750g Flour
15g Soda
6g Baking powder
6g Salt
10g Cinnamon powder
100g Pecan nuts
Method
Roast the pecan nut in the oven for 15 minutes at 180c.
Keep it cool.
Grate carrot and squeeze it to drain the juice.
Mix oil and dry ingredients.
Mix sugar and eggs, until the sugar dissolves.
Add all ingredients together.
Put it in the mould and bake it in preheated oven at 180c for 30 minutes.
Let it cool and serve.
Ingredients
500g Butter
500g Sugar
18 no Egg whites
160g Flour
200g Almond powder
40g Honey
Method
Caramelize the butter.
Let it cool and mix sugar.
Add egg one by one.
Add Honey and vanilla essence.
Add dry ingredients to fold.
Rest it for 20minutes. Then keep it in the silicone mould to bake
Bake it in preheated oven at 180c for 30 minutes.

500g Butter
450g Icing sugar
4 no Egg
650g Flour
150g Chocolate (chopped)
Method
Cream butter and sugar
Add egg one by one and dissolve them in the sugar
Add vanilla essence and dry ingredients.
Add chocolate chips and fold in the dough
Let it cool for some time. Make round balls of 30g each in the baking tray.
Bake it in preheated oven at 200c for 15 minutes.
let it cool and serve with tea or coffee.
